Answer: Definitely not. The sizing is way off. Unless you like an extremely tight waistband, you generally will have to size UP one notch. -

What size for 33 waist?
Answer: Medium or large. Large probably better. -

Answer: I wear a 36 and I would go with medium. Some people suggest sizing down for a more contoured look, but it's up to personal preference. -
