Answer: Yes, the 1L pot can fit perfectly heightwise inside the 1.8L pot if you remove the bottom lid of the 1L pot. With the bottom cup on, the 1L pot will stick out about 1/2 inch, but there is room between the 1L pot and the walls of the 1.8L pot. -

Answer: No, this pot cannot be used with a jetboil burner and base. -

The MSR WindBurner Stove Accessory Pot is perfect for camping, outdoor activities and cooking quick meals. However, it cannot be used with a Jetboil burner or an alcohol burner but exclusively with butane. The pot works only with the MSR Windburner Stove and not the MSR Pocket Rocket stoves. Customers love its versatility and how at 1.8L, it is much bigger than its smaller cousin. The product comes with two plastic lids. However, the bottom one is too loose and the top one is too tight. The insulation is also not sufficient to comfortably grab the pot with bare hands after boiling for a while. The pot doesn't heat as fast as advertised and coffee gets colder faster, but it works well if using it to boil water only.
