The Sharkbite 25560LF is a valve that can be used with both hot and cold water for washing machines. The valve needs to be secured to a pipe that is also secured to the wall to avoid movement. The valve has a height of 2.52". It is not compatible with Quest Polybutylene, but it can be used for hot water. The inlet is push-to-connect and 1/2", while the outlet is threaded with a 3/4" hose thread. The valve is a 1/4 turn shutoff valve installation. The valve does not come with a Tee fitting. Customers are satisfied with the Sharkbite 25560LF for quick replacements, and it is easy to install. However, some customers noted that the valve leaks even when securely installed. The valve is priced higher than other options, but its quality cannot be beaten.
