Answer: You are correct. It is much smaller. I ended up not using it but I recall it being about 1” wide , 2 ½” tall and about ¼” thick. -

Answer: I would say yes. Fits the 2021 tundra. All Toyota blank plates are the same dimensions. Even the Lexus gx 460 and lx 570 have the same blank plates. Hope this helps. -

Answer: According to Redarc’s website this is only intended for the 2015+ Tacoma. That might be a typo since 2016 was the first year of 3rd gen which would make more sense. I read on a Tacoma forum that the TPSI-001 was for older Tacoma’s but can only confirm that this TPSI-002 fit my 2017 center console switch blank very well. -

Answer: the part you listed is the cover/holder for the dial switch. Any of these can be fitted to any vehicle depending on you own personal layout preferences. It is easiest to have the dial switch able to be reached and seen from the drivers right hand and the central console (if present). Since this is the case/cover/holder, and you indicate a very specific vehicle, it is otherwise impossible to answer your question. Again, it is a universal part as far as I am concerned. -

Answer: Look at the plug and verify the same clip. Or you can go to redarc’s site and look up which one fits, they make a number. I assume it works on Toyota because it worked on my Lexus. -
