MacOS Sierra 10.12.14 users may experience difficulty seeing their cards in Keychain Access, but it can be resolved by clearing out personal certificates or deleting browser history. Regarding requirements for Chromebook or Dell 5500, users need to install middle-ware as well as the necessary certificates. The reader supports writing smart cards depending on the card, and it doesn't read a phone sim card. It works seamlessly with El Capitan 10.11.4 and Windows 10.
