Answer: This particular set of adapters is only for the Quest 2. Search or Frankenquest for Quest 1. You need to make sure the description says original Quest or Quest 1 but yes there are other adapters for the deluxe audio strap to fit the Quest 1 out there. -

Does this have a microphone in it?
Answer: No. They are just clips to attach the Vive comfort strap. And the Vive comfort strap doesn't have a mic either. -
Question:
Does this include the ear cups and the back of headband and the short wire/cables?
Answer: No, this item is just an adapter set that attaches the deluxe audio strap ($99) produced by Vive to the Oculus Quest 2.
