Assi Editorial Review
Assi - Schwarze Bohnen Paste - 500g is perfect for those who enjoy authentic Korean cuisine, particularly for dishes like Jjajangmyeon. This black bean paste, known for its unique flavor, is not only versatile in Korean dishes but also complements German cuisine well, such as with beef or roasts. Users have praised its consistency for creating creamy sauces, although some suggest it benefits from heating in oil to enhance its taste fully. Many appreciate its substantial size, making it a staple in their pantries, and once opened, it lasts for months in the fridge. However, beginners are advised to handle it with care due to its adhesive texture.
