Zamanında politik göndermeleriyle öne çıkan bu çarpıcı aşk ve intikam romanı, bugün de, her kalıcı yapıt gibi, insan varoluşunun evrensel temalarına ışık tutmayı sürdürüyor. -Böylece, nice yılar sonra, kendimi doğduğum kentte buldum.
