Answer: Hello, It is supplied with wood beam bolts - all other fixings would need to be purchased separately from a DIY store. -

Answer: No, it’s best to choose our dedicated battle rope mount also available on our store. -

What size drill bit would you recommend to make a pilot hole in wood?
Answer: I bought nuts and bolts with washers, wouldn't trust the screws to support my weight or a band but maybe ok for a punching bag or speedball etc. The drill bit diameter needs to be that of the screws minus the thread depth to allow the thread to bite into the wood but not split the wood if the hole is too small. -
