What are the basic differences between this machine and the De'longhi Magnifica bean to cup espresso/cappuccino coffee machine ESAM4200?
Answer: The main difference is the size, this one is much slimmer. Most of the Delonghi Bean to Cup machines use the same brewing unit and seals, and these parts are interchangeable. There will be some difference in temperature and pressure regulation during the water infusion and then pressurization phases, but they are all very similar. Mainly depends on the worktop space, looks and whether you want an automatic milk dispensing unit. -

Will I be happy with this machine?
Answer: I have tried all the Tesco brands and one from Aldi and I have been left a bit disappointed that the taste has always been average. I don't want to have to spend a fortune on coffee for it to taste good. I have tried normal supermarket ground coffee out of a percolator that has tasted better... It's also useless to use ground coffee on this one. You can only make a tiny espresso each time, but it will come out tepid... It is a bean to cup machine, but still... I use it most days, but mainly for convenience. When I have more time, we go back to the percolator and Vietnamese ground robusta coffee. -

I can't remove the infuser. Has anyone else had this problem?
Answer: I have never had this problem. How long since you last removed it? If you've left it too long it may have become clogged and so difficult to remove. -

How deep is this without the drip tray?
Answer: The main unit is 37 cm deep without the drip tray, but the coffee delivery nozzles do protrude a further 8 cm forward. -

Does this come with a UK plug or European plug?
Answer: This machine will come with a UK plug. -

Does the milk steamer/frother work well on this machine? And does it come with a milk jug?
Answer: Steam arm works really well, but no jug with it. -

Is the milk frother one button operated on this machine?
Answer: Touch screen button to select steam then a 180 degree turn of a regular valve control.
