Answer: I recommend you to go to the Munich web page and print the insole size chart and, - make sure the dimensions are correct -, check your foot size there. I have always had a problem buying Munich shoes, I do not know why the sizes do not match normal shoe size. I am 41 and US 9 and none of them fit me nicely. -

Answer: When I bought mine there were both euro sizing and us sizing listed. I am still very happy with my purchase, because the shoes hold up well.
