- [Practice Makes Perfect] Handheld 3D scanning is a skill. Although anti-shake technology helps, a steady hand and correct distance are crucial for good results. We recommend beginners watch our video tutorials to master the tracking technique.
- [⚠️ Note System Requirements] Real-time processing of 3D point clouds requires power. Required: Windows 10/11 or macOS with a Dedicated Graphics Card. Not suitable for computers with only onboard graphics (Intel Iris/UHD).
- [Limits of Physics] Please note: Black, transparent, or reflective objects cannot be directly captured by the sensor. The use of 3D scanning spray (or dry shampoo) is mandatory for such surfaces.
- [Software & Export] ⚠️Post-processing in modeling software is common. Includes a lifetime licence for JMStudio. Exports watertight 3D models (OBJ/STL/PLY) compatible with most 3D printers and modelling software (Blender, Maya, etc.).
