Salomon Trekking & Hiking Footwear LG5640$ Editorial Review
The Salomon Quest Element GTX Men's Waterproof Hiking Shoes have received mixed reviews from customers. While some users found them to be comfortable, supportive, and stable on uneven terrain, they also reported issues with leakage and durability. Some users experienced leakage in the toe box and insole after a few months of use, leading to damp socks and discomfort. Others mentioned that the boots started to come apart and split the sole after minimal use. There were also complaints about the short length of the laces and the overall build quality, with some users describing a feeling of "plasticky cheapness." Additionally, there were difficulties reported in the warranty process, with customers being redirected between Salomon and Amazon in their attempts to address issues with the product. While some users were able to obtain refunds without hassle, others expressed disappointment given the cost of the boots. Overall, the reviews highlighted concerns about the quality and performance of the Salomon Quest Element GTX Men's Waterproof Hiking Shoes, particularly in terms of their ability to withstand wet conditions and provide long-term durability.
