The LEGO Winter Holiday Train is a fantastic set that is sure to bring joy to both kids and adults. It is easy to build, taking only a couple of hours to put together, and the end result is a beautiful train that will look great under the Christmas tree. The set includes a variety of little extras, such as a fire engine with a moving ladder, which adds to the fun and playability of the set. One of the highlights of this set is the option to add Power Function parts to motorize the train. While not required, many reviewers have found this to be a great addition, making it even more enjoyable to play with. Some customers have mentioned that the Power Function parts may remove some of the color from the train, but this is hardly noticeable. It is worth noting that some customers have experienced slipping of the wheels on the engine car, especially when adding another car to the train. However, this can be easily resolved by moving the motor to the tender or coal car and placing it in the middle of the train.
