Cosom By Cramer Balance Master, Balance Training Board For Children For Physical Therapy and Sport Training
The Cosom By Cramer Balance Master has garnered a mix of reactions from users, predominantly highlighting its effectiveness for balance training and physical therapy, especially for children. Many parents report that their children, including toddlers, have found enjoyment and benefit in using the balance board. Users appreciate that the board encourages not just foot and ankle control, but also engages knee and hip coordination, making balance exercises more comprehensive. This feature is particularly valued by those focusing on strengthening core stability and improving overall leg strength. The board is noted for its sturdy Construction and texturized foot pads, which enhance grip during use. Despite being lightweight enough for younger users to manipulate easily, some reviews point out concerns regarding its material quality, with a few stating that it feels lightweight to the point of compromising sturdiness when compared to similar products. A few users encountered issues with sliding on smooth surfaces, suggesting that it may require proper placement on a mat to ensure stability. While the majority of feedback is positive, there have been criticisms regarding the board's surface, which can feel slippery for some users, potentially impacting balance and comfort. A couple of individuals also reported that it aggravated pre-existing conditions, such as plantar fasciitis. Overall, the Cosom By Cramer Balance Master is viewed as a fun and beneficial tool for improving balance, especially for children and families. **
