2K Games 41286 Editorial Review
XCOM: Enemy Within is an expansion pack to the original XCOM: Enemy Unknown game. It adds new features and content to the game, enhancing the overall experience and replayability. This expansion requires the original game to function, so it is important to have XCOM: Enemy Unknown before purchasing this. The game runs smoothly on both Windows 8 64-bit and Windows 7 64-bit systems, with some users reporting a bug towards the end of the game that prevented them from finishing it. However, this seems to be a rare occurrence and does not significantly impact the overall gameplay. Customers who have played the game on both PlayStation and PC have expressed a preference for the PC version, citing better graphics and the ability to think about moves more carefully in the turn-based gameplay. The game also provides a nice balance between turn-based and real-time elements. In terms of activation on Steam, most users have not experienced any issues, but there have been some reports of activation problems on the forums. Overall, the reviews suggest that activation on Steam should work without any major challenges. In conclusion, XCOM: Enemy Within is a highly recommended expansion pack for fans of XCOM: Enemy Unknown. It adds a significant amount of content and features that enhance the overall gameplay experience.
