The UPLIFT Desk - Locking Under Desk Drawer with Shelf White is a popular and effective product that users love. It is secured by 6 wood screws that go right into the desk giving it a high weight tolerance. This drawer comes with a lock mechanism and if you lose the keys, the company offers replacement keys. The space between the bracket and top of the drawer is 3.75" H. It is a perfect fit for a macbook air which users have had no issues in using. The drawer can be mounted, but it is not flush with the front of the legs because of how the desk frame mounts to the desktop. The drawer extends 11.5" when fully open.
