The flex head is non-indexing but works smoothly and is held in place by an internal spring. Most users find them solid, well-made, and smooth, and would definitely buy them again. However, some find the jaws soft and the plastic case holder not secure enough. There are also requests for larger sizes and reversible wrenches.
