The Stutter Orange is a beautiful rust-orange color that suits warm medium-brown complexions perfectly, and it can also be used as an eyeshadow. However, the pigment behaves oddly on the lips, doesn't stick to them, and flakes off. The formula is sticky, making it uncomfortable to wear on the lips, and it does not last as long as one would expect.
