Penguin 3/4 Rigid Arch - S

The Penguin 3/4 Rigid Arch insoles aim to provide support and relief for users with sensitive arches, but customer experiences indicate significant issues, particularly regarding sizing and customer service. Many users appreciate the arch support that the insoles offer, as one reviewer noted their prior success with the product. However, multiple complaints reveal a frustration with the sizing options, as customers report receiving incorrect sizes (such as being sent small when they ordered large) and experience a lack of clarity in the product descriptions regarding size availability. Customers also express dissatisfaction with the company's return policy, which does not allow for exchanges or returns — a policy that has led to wariness when purchasing from third-party carriers. Additionally, there seems to be an inConsistency in customer service information; one user was misinformed about the ability to cut insoles to fit smaller shoe sizes, leading to further disappointment and frustration. In conclusion, while the Penguin 3/4 Rigid Arch insoles are recognized for their effectiveness in arch support, potential buyers should approach with caution regarding sizing and customer support, given the reported challenges and limitations. **
