Flora Synergy - 150 Capsules by Energetix, White

Flora 12+ 150 Capsules is a probiotic supplement that features a blend of beneficial bacteria aimed at supporting gut health. Nutritionists generally find this product beneficial due to its diverse strain profile, which includes Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species known for enhancing digestion and bolstering the immune system. The capsules are vegetarian, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. However, some caution against over-reliance on supplements, emphasizing the importance of obtaining probiotics from whole foods like yogurt and fermented products for a broader nutritional benefit. Potential drawbacks could include gastrointestinal discomfort for some users, especially those new to probiotics. Overall, Flora 12+ can be a good option for those looking to improve their digestive health, but it should complement a balanced diet rather than replace it.
