One reviewer was sceptical about whether the glucometer was accurate and tried the control solution. When calibrated, taking readings has been easy. However, unless readings are extremely odd, it is not worth the effort. The shelf life of the product is limited, and some reviewers received outdated or faulty bottles. The manufacturer will only ensure accurate results with its own strips. The unit isn't pinpoint accurate, but the range is. The product is only available through the manufacturer and their authorised sellers.
