PatchAid Multi Plus Topical Patch (Pack of 2) | Daily Energy & Wellness Support, 27 Essential Vits Including Iron, B12, and Calcium, 8-Hour Wear &

The PatchAid Multi Plus Patch is marketed as a convenient way to deliver essential vitamins and minerals transdermally, bypassing the digestive system. Nutritionists note that while the patch claims to support overall health with multi-vitamins, the bioavailability of nutrients via skin absorption can be variable and is often lower than oral supplements. Potential benefits include sustained release of nutrients, which can help with compliance for those who struggle with pills. However, some experts are concerned about ingredient quality and lack of comprehensive research backing the effectiveness of transdermal delivery for all included nutrients. Additionally, those with skin sensitivities may experience irritation. Overall, it's important for consumers to consider their specific dietary needs and consult a healthcare professional before using this product as a substitute for a balanced diet.
