إجابه: E numbers are not unhealthy, they are just codes used to refer to ingredients. E300 is Vitamin C. Most multivitamins would include this, so by avoiding all products with E numbers you are going to be avoiding all multivitamins, and avoid plenty of natural products as well such as oranges. Also good luck surviving without E948, also known as Oxygen. -
