Movies 5050582242867 Editorial Review
Flatliners [DVD] is a thought-provoking film directed by Joel Schumacher, featuring a star-studded cast of Julia Roberts, Kiefer Sutherland, and Kevin Bacon. The film revolves around medical students who experiment with near-death experiences, leading to haunting consequences from their pasts. Despite its unique premise, viewers have noted that the subtitles for the DVD can be inaccurate, which may detract from the viewing experience, especially for those relying on them for dialogue clarity. Overall, the film offers a compelling mix of moody atmosphere and emotional depth, making it a classic worth revisiting, particularly for fans of the leading actors during their 80s and 90s peak.
