- Fast heating: The internal U-shaped heating pipe and water bath heating ensure fast heating with a high power output of 600 W, without the chocolate sticking to the bottom. The chocolate is heated evenly, resulting in better flowability of the mixture and smoother sauces.
- 304 Stainless Steel Housing: The entire casing of the chocolate melting pot is constructed from robust, food-grade 304 stainless steel. It features a removable pot and a hygienic dust cover, offering excellent thermal insulation and heat retention properties.
- Precise Temperature Control: The chocolate tempering machine is adjustable between 30 and 80°C, ensuring precise temperature control to soften milk and chocolate while preserving their flavour and nutritional properties.
- 2x1.55L Large Tanks: This chocolate tempering machine comes with two removable 1/6 GN pots. One is used for melting milk or cream, while the other melts chocolate, enhancing efficiency for your chocolate business.
